As we approach the kickoff the the 20th Annual HollyShorts Film Festival, those inside the putting on one of the world’s largest and best short film fests have been busy making announcements, selections and more ahead of the start of the celebrations. This includes the announcement of four special honorees that will be awarded for their talents at the festival, which runs from August 8th to August 18th at the TCL Chinese Theaters in Los Angeles.
Among the honorees will be the legendary film and television star Tom Skerritt, actor/director Alden Ehrenreich, whose film Shadow Brother Sunday was a huge success and screened during last year’s festival, iconic director Catherine Hardwicke and up and coming actor Lexi Underwood, whose career has only been going for a short time, but is already making quite an impact.
